How billing works
We bill in arrears. You are invoiced after qualified leads or contracted deliverables have been delivered and accepted — not before.

All payments are final and non-refundable, since charges are raised only after delivery has taken place. Leads that fail the agreed qualification criteria are remedied by replacement or credit.
